We promote equality, tolerance and try to inherit characteristics such as compassion, integrity, citizenship, respect and kindness as well as others on to the children so that they will become positive influences and citizens within their community.

SAFEGUARDING POLICIES:

Honey Bee Nursery is committed to robust Safeguarding and Promoting the Health, Safety and Welfare of all of its pupils. Each pupil’s welfare is of paramount importance. We recognize that all children have a right to be protected from abuse, and that, children who are abused or neglected may lack confidence and find it difficult to develop a sense of self worth. They will suffer from low self-esteem and will not view the world in a positive way. Whilst at Honey Bee Nursery, their behavior and ability to form relationships may be challenging. We recognized that some children who have experienced abuse may harm others and will therefore always strive to take a well-balanced and sensitive approach to support all of our children in our care.

We take complaint seriously and deal with issues that arise according to the procedures set out in the complaints and stakeholder engagement policy.
